What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy involves guided imagery and relaxation, and can be thought of as goal-oriented, change-focused meditation. In the trance-like state achieved via hypnotherapy, clients are guided in concentrating on an aspect of their life in order to achieve change. The state allows for absorption and complete focus on developing internal resources with which to attain a new sense of control on certain aspects of life.
